At America's Best, we work hard to save you money.
On average, it takes between 7-10 business days for your glasses to arrive.
Why does it take 2 weeks to get my glasses?
At America's Best, we work hard to save you money. We have deals like 2 pairs for $79.95 and more. We do everything we can to give you the best prices in sight.
Part of that is accomplished by having centralized labs. We have three labs at various locations across the United States, and these facilities are where your eyeglass lenses are customized.
How does that save me money?
Having centralized labs allows us to keep overhead costs down, and we pass those savings along to you. These labs keep our prices low, but it adds a few days to the process of making your glasses.
The frames you select are sent to one of these labs, where our technicians work hard to finish your lenses and insert them into your frames as quickly as possible. After a quality assurance check, they are shipped to our distribution centers and routed to your store, where you can pick them up.
This process relies on shipping and processing times. While we generally project a 2 week (7 to 10 business days) wait for eyeglasses, sometimes they arrive sooner. If you haven't received a call within 2 weeks of ordering your glasses, feel free to call the store. If you have any other questions, contact us.
